The Close the Door campaign originated in Cambridge (with initial funding from Cambridge City Council for local print materials) and is now being taken up nationally. Good idea - Persuade all the shopkeepers to keep their doors shut to keep the heat in. This was put up 2 years ago - don't know what the outcome was.
